Upgrade for the difference in prices

You can upgrade from Cryptainer Personal to Cryptainer Pro and Cryptainer Pro to Cryptainer Enterprise for the difference in the price i.e the price you have paid for the product can be used towards an upgrade. Please access our end user area for the link.

Updates and Support

All customers are eligible for updates for one year from the date of purchase (irrespective of the type of transaction).
Beyond one year, there is no eligibility for Updates or Support. Please contact us if you wish to include support to your license.
Cypherix® products are stable and mature. We do offer technical support to all our customers for the first year.

Once the order has been processed, you will be mailed a unique download link with the registration code of the product, within minutes. If you do not receive the email within a minute or two, you can always get your download link and registration code by accessing our end user area using your email address.
